What software do I need? You will need to download Windows Media Encoder 9 to your PC. Use this link to download: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.aspx?displaylang=en&categoryid=4 You will need to verify that your copy of Windows is valid before you can download. Note: NetroMedia will not supply the encoder to clients who are unable to download from the Microsoft site.
